I like it. Its helpful. I prefer having the app over a piece of paper. I like that I can customize things to fit my needs. I like that I can password protect it. I dont use much more than the daily diary feature. Ive looked at the coaching and dbt skills, but they dont help me at all. I usually just contact my therapist or a close friend when I need more help. I dont know if this is something I could customize or not, but it would be nice to be able to keep track of some things numerically instead of yes/no. Mostly things in the behaviors tab under targets.
I like the simplicity of the app. Of course I paid for this, so there shouldnt be a million ads tied to it, and I appreciate that!
It was nice getting a quick response when emailing for help. Its not too often a quick response is something personal by a person rather than a computer (or person with templates).
I think adding numbers to the behaviors tab would be the only change I can think of in this moment.
